A bit about me...
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the unseen - intuition, energy, connection to other realms, and the quiet, subtle knowing that I always felt within me.
It wasn’t until I walked through the grief of losing my dad, (and later becoming a mother), that I truly understood just how significant and sacred the human experience is.

How much depth lives inside the moments we rush past. How much wisdom is sitting inside our bodies, just waiting to be heard.

Grief cracked me open in ways I never knew possible. It stripped me back to the truth of what actually matters, and the courage to live a life that feels aligned with my soul, not society.​​​​​

It’s from that place that my work was born. In 2020, I was around five years deep into my own healing/personal development journey, with a one year old on my hip. Covid hit and during lockdown I decided now was the time to take the leap and become a Certified Life Coach.
The plan was always "to wait until we finished having kids and they were in school" yadda yadda, but the pull I felt inside me, was real. I wanted to take what I had lived, learnt, and embodied, and turn it into something that could genuinely support other women. Especially with what humanity was going through at the time.
Since then I’ve supported women through online programs, events and 1:1 mentorship, helping them reconnect to themselves, navigate motherhood with more steadiness, and break cycles they don't want to pass down.

Until now, my whole coaching career has lived mostly online, but for so long I've felt the pull towards community. Rooms full of women, real presence, real connection. The kind you can feel in your body, not just through a screen.​​​

That's where Sacra Lumi is born.
A sanctuary for the woman coming home to herself. A gathering for the ones who feel deeply, lead intuitively, and know there’s more to life than the systems we’ve been taught to follow.​

I’m not here to tell women who to be. I’m here to help them remember who they already are.

The cycle-breakers, the pattern-shifters, the women of the new age, bold enough to trust their inner voice and build a different legacy for themselves and their families.​
Today, I weave embodiment, spirituality, lineage healing, intuitive wisdom, and grounded leadership into spaces that feel deeply safe, sacred, and transformative.

My work is where mystical meets the everyday woman; where real life, motherhood, healing, and self-discovery collide in the most honest and powerful ways.
